Review Showcase - Valeria Card Kingdoms: Shadowvale

Today we are showcasing reviews for Shadowvale, the most recently released expansion for Valeria Card Kingdoms. Shadowvale is an expansion that takes a look into the shadows at the darker side of Valeria. With a setting similar to classic gothic horror, players get a chance to become allies with Necromancers and Exorcists while defeating Monsters like Zombies and the Vampire King. Fans of the genre will find lots to love in this expansion!

For me, it’s a must own. It definitely reminds me of all those fun times playing Ravenloft, as the PCs stood against the hordes of darkness. Needless to say, this one will see a lot of replay at my house. 9 out of 10.”

Valeria Card Kingdoms is, in my mind, a Machi Koro replacement... It’s a good one. We enjoy it. I really like Valeria Card Kingdoms.

“I very much love playing this game. You have the option to just focus on your own plan and not worry too much about the other players, or you can see what their plan is and try to change yours to a better strategy due to what they are doing.”
