Shipping Area
We currently only ship within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

Processing & Fulfillment Time
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Flat-Rate Shipping of $9.95
We offer free shipping on orders over $99.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order using the link provided or through your account on our website.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Shipments
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have left our facility. If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please check with your local carrier or neighbors. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at contact@dailymagicgames.com, and we’ll assist as best as we can.
